I am 65 years old still working a couple of days a week as a payroll officer. I have 'dieted' on and off ever since having my first child. During my 40's I started running 7km per day and kept my weight under control until through injury had to give up running. Since then I have been yo-yoing. Started WW in February 2007 and in May was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 so am determined that I will get to goal and control my Diabetes.
